1. While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and forms of the paintings as depicted on the website, it is understood that since each painting is individually painted, there will be variations in shade and colour which would be acceptable to the buyer. No complaints in this regard would be entertained.

    2. All paintings will be shipped in rolled and unmounted form in protective cylinders.

    i) Exception of paintings painted on canvas boards.
    ii) The paintings will be shipped by insured air post parcel within 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment/clearance of cheque in my bank.
    iii) The above mode of packing/shipping will be adhered to unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Cost of packing, shipping and insurance to be born by the clients.
  3. The packing, shipping and insurance cost is not mentioned in the listed price. Please mention the delivery address in the communication. We will then send you the actual, packing, shipping and insurance amount for confirmation before the dispatch.

  4. Extreme care is taken in the packaging of paintings, however insurance against damage/loss in transit is recommended.
  5. All sales are against 100% payment in advance.

    Available payment option:
    Banker's Cheque
    Payments can also be made in US Dollars. The cheque to be sent only by register post/courier.
    Note : Payment by bankers cheques payable in Ahmedabad should reach us within 21 days of booking failing which the booking will be cancelled. A copy of the cheque should be faxed to us to confirm your booking.

    i)Upon receipt of payment there shall be no refund of the payment to the byer or any third party.

    ii) There shall be no forwarding of any excess payment received, to any third party.

    iii) Upon receipt of payment in my account the painting will be considered sold with immediate effect

    iv) Upon receipt of payment, arrangements for shipping the sold (concerned art works/paintings) will be effected immediately as per the terms mentioned in clauses 2 and 3 mentioned hereinbefore.

  6. Pinky Bhatt holds the copyright in all the art works/paintings even after sale including the right to publish in any manner, any work after sale.
  7. Disputes, if any, would be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ahmedabad Courts only.
  8. The buyer to agree to all the above terms and conditions.
